Eleazar Rodriguez is an accomplished Special Projects Manager for both the City of Brownsville and the Greater Brownsville Incentives Corporation with well-rounded experience, gathered as a former Plans Examiner Manager and Planner for the Planning and Redevelopment Services Department, in a variety of projects ranging from ground-up new construction to historical renovations. His ability to manage the sequencing of a project, coupled with strong client relationships make him a key member of the team.

Eleazar holds an Associate of Science in Architecture from University of Texas at Brownsville/Texas Southmost College and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. He has broad experience with software like Autocad, Archicad, Revit, GIS, Google Maps, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign among others. Currently, Eleazar is seeking to become a Certified Project Manager.
